GOLDTRANS HEDİYELİK EŞYA A.Ş. (Hereinafter referred to as GOLDTRANS A.Ş.) corporate governance principles are to provide services within the framework of ethical values, adhering to the principles set forth below.
It is intended that all principles are in compliance with the legislation published in the Official Gazette No. 28158 dated 30/12/2011, Communiqué on the Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles (Series: IV, No: 56).

GOLDTRANS HEDİYELİK EŞYA TİCARET A.Ş. was established in Istanbul in 2012. Since then, it has been operating in the production, wholesale domestic and export of gold and diamond jewelry, continuously increasing its diversity.
